Oyster and Macaroni Scallop

  • 1 cup oysters
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup medium white sauce
  • 1 cup milk, scalded
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Seasonings
  • Buttered crumbs

Instructions for Preparation

Arrange layers of macaroni and oysters in a buttered scallop dish alternately with white sauce. Cover with buttered crumbs, reheat and brown in the oven. Layers of grated cheese may be added also.
