About Us:

West Tarbot Organics have been growing fresh produce in Cape Breton since setting up their homestead circa 1980. Today they grow all sorts of vegetables for their family as well as several varieties of head lettuce to sell. These include Prize Head, Boston, Simpson’s, Salad Bowl and Butter Crunch to name a few. Also look for zucchini, cukes, herbs, runner beans, garlic, onions, shallots, potatoes and kale if sufficiently abundant, and, always, mighty strong horse radish and Jerusalem Artichokes.
