About Us:

Currently we produce on about 6 acres of land and also have 10 greenhouses to extend our season in the spring and fall/winter. Our main focus is on a washed saladmix with over 50 different varieties of lettuce and greens. Besides that we produce nutrious shoots, culinary herbs and vegetables like garlic, onions, shallots, beets, cherry and heirloom tomatoes.
