About Us:

The Quinn Farms story began in 1977 when John and Bonnie Quinn moved to Lochaber, Antigonish County. Low and behold, they found an abundance of wild blueberries growing in abandoned hay fields behind their new home. Both coming from farming backgrounds, they had the burgeoning fields in production within three years. In the early days, these blueberries were hand raked and sold to a local receiving station where they were shipped away to a variety of companies in Canada and US for processing. After forty-two years, their farm has grown to a much larger operation. In 2022, we decided it was time to share the love and package these delicious blueberries ourselves for everyone to enjoy! We sell 5 lbs boxes of frozen wild blueberries in Lochaber, Halifax and Pubnico.
